Management 16% + VAT PA*

We offer a full and comprehensive management service comprising of:

• Regular inspections with reports and photographs
• Gas/Portable Appliance Testing/Electrical testing as required
• Day to day maintenance using only trusted contractors
• Access to our building surveying department who can assist with any diagnostics or large remedial and refurbishment projects
• Utility transfers
• Rent Collection
• Emergency contractors available 24 hours a day
• Tenancy Renewals including advice on the current rental levels
• The termination and checking out of tenancies
• The negotiation and return of security deposits
• Provision of regular quarterly statements
• The monthly electronic transfer of Rents
• Arranging non-resident landlord approval to receive rent gross without deduction of income tax
• Alternatively where approval is not obtained quarterly payment of basic rate tax on net income
