Tenant charges

Should you proceed with a tenancy through Quadrant Property Management Limited and you make an offer which is accepted by the Landlord, subject to contract, immigration checks and referencing, the following fees will be payable:

  • Tenancy Administration and Referencing fee of £250 + VAT, payable at offer stage and non-refundable
  • Guarantor Referencing fee of £30+ VAT per guarantor
  • First Month’s rent and 6 week security deposit to be paid prior to the commencement of the tenancy
  • Renewal Fee of £50 + VAT
  • Check out Fee of approx. £100 to be paid at the end of the tenancy
  • You will be required to pay for a professional clean at the end of your tenancy
  • All administration fees, including late payment fees, are further highlighted and explained in the Tenancy Schedule and Tenancy Agreement
